Indikation

Loceryl-antimykotischer Nagellack ist ein Arzneimittel zur Behandlung von Pilzerkrankungen der Finger- und Zehennägel. Der in Loceryl enthaltene Wirkstoff Amorolfin hemmt das Wachstum der Pilze und tötet sie ab.

Loceryl wirkt gegen verschiedenste Amorolfin-empfindliche Pilzarten, wie Hefen, Hautpilze und Schimmelpilze. Bakterien sind jedoch auf Loceryl nicht empfindlich.

Loceryl-antimykotischer Nagellack ist zur Anwendung bei Erwachsenen und Jugendlichen ab 13 Jahren geeignet.

Anwendungshinweise

Zur lokalen Anwendung. Zum Auftragen auf die befallenen Nägel.

Tragen Sie Loceryl – antimykotischer Nagellack ein- bzw. zweimal pro Woche auf die befallenen Finger- oder Fußnägel auf.

Über die Dauer der Anwendung entscheidet der behandelnde Arzt. Pilzinfektionen sind oft sehr hartnäckig. Sie müssen Loceryl – antimykotischer Nagellack daher ohne Unterbrechung und so lange anwenden, bis die erkrankten Nägel völlig gesund nachgewachsen sind. Die dafür notwendige Zeit beträgt im Allgemeinen 6 Monate für Fingernägel und neun bis zwölf Monate für Zehennägel.

Aufgrund fehlender Erfahrungen sollen Kinder und Jugendliche unter 13 Jahren nicht mit Loceryl behandelt werden.

Zusammensetzung

Der Wirkstoff ist: Amorolfin in Form des Hydrochlorids. Loceryl-antimykotischer Nagellack enthält 55,74 mg Amorolfinhydrochlorid pro 1 ml (entsprechend 5% Amorolfinhydrochlorid).

Die sonstigen Bestandteile sind: n-Butylacetat, wasserfreies Ethanol (0,552 g pro 1 g), Ethylacetat, Methylacrylsäure-Copolymer, Triacetin.
